A person seeking employment with the Galveston County Criminal District Attorney's Office may submit an application and resume for an Assistant Criminal District Attorney, Investigator, or Support Staff position at any time.

Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an interview when a position becomes vacant. Interviews will be conducted by members of the Management Staff. You will be notified by letter or telephone when an employment decision has been made. Employment with the Galveston County Criminal District Attorney's Office is at-will.

Interested law students are encouraged to apply for Intern positions. Students will only be accepted if they are a qualified law student who will receive credit from their law school for participating in practical training under the supervision of a qualified attorney in the Galveston County Criminal District Attorney's Office.
