To provide engineering and engineering support services to the Galveston County Commissioners Court, various county departments, and the public as effectively and efficiently as possible.

• Manage Capital Improvement Projects for roads, bridges and drainage
• Issue permits in coordination with the USACE 408 program
• Support county wide GIS information and services
• Coordinate with other regulating and government entities
• Provide public information
